We answer within 2 business days. Tell us the phone number your account uses and, if something went wrong, roughly when it happened — that is usually enough for us to find it in our logs.

Common questions

How do I add the person I care for?

On the Home screen, tap Add patient (or Loved onesManage). Enter their name, relation and phone number. If they use Aiutante on their own phone, they confirm with a code sent by SMS.

How do I build the daily plan?

Open the Schedule tab and tap +. Pick a title — either from the activity list or your own words — set the time range, choose the days of the week, and pick the type: medication, treatment, monitoring, task, alarm, or a check-in question. Save it once and it repeats on those days.

Can I attach a photo or a voice message to a reminder?

Yes. On any plan item, scroll to Image and Audio. A photo of the medication and a message in your own voice make a reminder much easier to follow.

How do I record a blood-pressure or glucose reading?

Tap the monitoring item in the day's plan, type the values, and tap Complete. The readings build up into the progress charts.

Who can see the information?

Only the care circle for that patient: the family members, caregivers and the attending doctor who have access in the app. Items marked for caregiver only are not shown in the patient's own view. The details are in our privacy policy.

Is location tracking always on?

No. It is off until a family member turns on Track location for a specific patient in CareEdit, with that person's agreement. You choose how many days of history to keep, and you can switch it off at any time.

I am not getting reminders.

Check that notifications are allowed for Aiutante in your phone's SettingsNotifications, and that the item's days and time are what you expect in the Schedule tab.

What is the patient app for?

It shows the same plan to the person being cared for, one item at a time, and lets them answer the check-in questions themselves. It is optional — the main app works whether or not they use it.

How do I delete my account?

SettingsDelete account. This deletes your account and its data. If you only want to stop caring for one person, remove that patient instead.

Is Aiutante medical advice?

No. Aiutante organises care and keeps a record of what was done. It does not diagnose, does not calculate doses and does not give medical advice. Always follow your doctor's instructions.

How do I connect Aiutante to an AI assistant like Claude?

In your assistant's settings, open ConnectorsAdd custom connector and give it the address https://mcp.aiutante.kz/mcp. You sign in with your usual app account, and the assistant gets exactly the same permissions you have. What it can and cannot do is set out on the home page.
